Welcome to the Movers and Shakers podcast. This weeks guest is Isaac Chiang. Isaac was born in Taiwan. He came to NY in 1984 at the age of 14. Growing up, he worked as a bus boy in Asian restaurants, delivered newspapers, and worked as a guide in dance clubs. After college, he worked in the Tech industries for 15 years. Being an ex-employee of Intel Corporation, as well as founding and selling a tech startup in 2007 by the name of Formosa Technology which manufactured and distributed memory chips for both PCs and cell phones. After that he took his savings and decided to jump into MF in 2010. Currently Issac and his wife are full time real estate investors owning a personal portfolio of approximately 200 apartments in greater Cincinnati, greater Charleston, SC and Queens, NYC area.
