TYPES OF ANGER
The main types are:
Chronic Anger Volatile Anger Judgmental Anger Passive Anger Overwhelmed Anger Self Inflicted Anger Constructive Anger

ANGER. . . .
Anger is a universal emotion , but while human may experience anger, we learn to manage it differently. Anger is seen as both infantile reaction and closely linked to a biologically programmed survival mechanism. But there is a third factor that both shapes and determines how we express That is ENVIORMENT:

HOW OUR ENVIORMENT INFLUENCES ANGER EXPRESSION?

ENVIORMENT
The formative atmosphere that shapes our personality.

As it may be strongest influence of all. There is a more than a grain of truth in the Old expression:
The Apple doesnt fall far from the tree

From the time we are cradle , family members especially parents

PARENTS
Parents ,which send us innumerable messages such as:
What we need to do to get our needs? What is expected of us? How we are to think , act and feel. And much more

TYPES OF ANGER
Chronic Anger describes an ongoing underlying form of anger often caused by a generalized resentment of life Such prolonged anger is highly unhealthy and puts stress on the immune system closely linked to depression and other mood disorders.

Volatile Anger
One of the more dangerous forms of anger leading potentially towards physical or verbal outbursts. Can be explosive and intense when it does. This is often triggered by a perceived wrong or a personal annoyance

TYPES OF ANGER(CONTD)
Judgmental Anger caused by unfavorable judgments made about other individuals or situations. Expressed as critical or hurtful comments directed at source of the anger.
Passive Anger It is either cleverly hidden by the individual, that comes out in non-obvious ways. expressed through sarcasm, avoidance or by purposefully performing sub par or arriving late. For example a dissatisfied employee may begin to work less productively as a way to get back at their employer.

Overwhelmed Anger caused when circumstances become to great for one to cope with. This anger is closely related to frustration is an alternative response to the learned helplessness for example having a tight deadline and a lot of important things to do, or by life in general.

Self Inflicted Anger Anger that is directed towards the self, For example annoyance for failing on a task. This can then result in self harm either emotionally or physically, or can manifest itself more subtly as an eating disorder, self deprecation, or self sabotage.

Constructive Anger
distinct from the other types of anger in that it can actually be a positive thing. Constructive anger describes anger that motivates positive reform or action such as protesting..

Healthy families get angry too

Healthy families get angry too. At this point, it my be worthwhile to remind you that there is nothing wrong with anger. It is healthy and normal situation. One who angry, when someone feels that someone is wrong.

A child who can express anger appropriately is one who knows that he will be still be loved even if he has skirmish with a sibling or talks back to a parent on occasion.

Healthy families get angry too. At this point, it my be worthwhile to remind you that there is nothing wrong with anger. It is healthy and normal situation. One who angry, when someone feels that someone is wrong.

Parents who feel secure, also know they will not lose a Child s love if they had occasionally have to yell in order to set limits.
