STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This research study aims to determine the effects of accounting instructors teaching load to the academic performance of accountancy students. Its seek answer to the following specific questions: 1. What are the effects of teaching loads to the quality of teaching of instructors? 2. How do Accounting instructors teaching strategies affects the performances of the students? 3. What are the benefits of this certain study and its usefulness? 4. Why are these problems arises in this institution? 5. How can this research study help both students and instructors with regards to their academic performance and teaching techniques?

INPUT
a. Enrolled Accountancy students b. Employed Accountancy Instructors c. Teaching loads of Accountancy Instructors d. Poor academic performance of Accountancy students

PROCESS
a. Analysis of the current situation of the Accountancy students having a low academic performance b. Analysis of the relationships of teaching loads of instructors and low academic performance of students

OUTPUT
a. A research oriented findings that prove the relationship of the teaching loads of instructors to academic performance of students. b. Strengthened accountancy student toward a higher academic performance in relation to the teaching loads of instructors.
