Avoiding
They are quiet and always listen
They think that their opinion will make no difference They are always quiet and listen to others

Accommodating
They value their relationship among the peers more

than the conflict. They just try to get over with the situations that they can do some other things. They usually do things what other wants to do. A person whose actions are expressed this way is symbolized as a teddy bear

Collaborating
They believe that if they will work together they will

come up with a better answer. They dont give the opinion first they listen to others and then give their opinion. A person whose actions are expressed this way is symbolized as a owl.

Compromising
They dont think situation is so important that they

can fight for it. They think that if they give somebody this they will give him that.(tit for tat) A person whose actions are expressed this way is symbolized as a fox.

Went to Tech Mahindra to get the questionnaire filled.
Gave 5 options for each question and ranked each

All the questions in the questionnaire were jumbled up at end the answers to the questions were added up and the conclusive solution about the individual is obtained.

We found that around 63% people were collaborating.

That is they work as team they combine with other team members and give a conclusive result. No one in the group was compromising. They always participate when conflict arises in organization.
