Some people said that they have seen ghosts Justification: But these senses are just the tools for us to acquire information from our surroundings. These information are then processed by our brain. The problem is that our brain can easily be tricked, for example: optical illusions. We also knows people with perfectly working senses, but defect in their brain makes them get the information differently compared to normal people. Reliability questions: Why only certain people see ghosts in the first place? From where did you get the information? From people?

Language: Platos philosophy. Something that you are born with Scientifically: People acquire information through senses, but all depends on the brain that processed it. If people can think differently, maybe how the brain process information is also different to one another. sixth sense = a supposed intuitive faculty giving awareness not explicable in normal perception.

My close friend have seen ghosts (personal sightings) Can you trust the claim of a stranger, whom you barely now and doesnt have the title or the expertise in the area? Its hard to believe in a strangers opinion about a strong issue as we lived in this deceitful world. Bias: friend Weak knowledge to other people, strong to the friend Relatively weak

Shows such as Ghost Hunters and Most Haunted proved them Ghost Hunters is a show consisting paranormal investigators trying to give rational explanations to the paranormal activities in haunted places History: T.A.P.S which is a real paranormal investigative company which is based out of Rhode Island. They were taking on cases long before they got their TV show. Strong knowledge, making them professionals. Most Haunted is also a show that the only explanation for what is going on is paranormal activity

(Sightings in their video clip) WOK: Perception Science: advanced tools Strong, they tried to involve science when they know science and paranormal stuff doesnt exactly mix They listen to what clients claim their experiences in the area have been and they try to find explanations for them. They check out ventilation, wiringanything that could be causing side effects that are similar to a paranormal experience. Clearly states that in about 80% of their cases they find causes for the clients experiences that have nothing to do with the paranormal activities.

(video clip) They used psychics and medium. Weak knowledge for people who believe in absolutes science. Mostly emotional (cries, fall down, possessed). Weak cause emotionally biased, every visits get ghosts. But what if they are true phenomenon? But since it is emotionally based people tend to not believe it. Art: how they kept saying they saw things but their video cameras only pointing at faces and no where. Makes the show questionable and seems its purpose is only to entertain

It also comes from our culture and perspective If people believed in seeing is believing, most likely wouldnt believe in both shows

Raised more questions for example if so many people have died shouldnt there be ghosts everywhere we go? Cloudy answer If the souls of real dead people roams the earth, it implied that theres no heaven.

A person died once and he/she will be judged before Christ. Ghosts are the fallen angels sent by Satan to mislead people and make them turn away from God. They look like familiar people, but actually they are fallen angels masquerading as our loved ones. 2 Corinthians 11:14 tells us that Satan and his angels are able to disguise themselves as helpful spirits.

We arent really sure about the existence of ghost. But if they do exist, the theory of fallen angels are appropriate. Bias: view on this matter as a Catholic, believe in the Bible.
