History
Surabaya City Hall which was once known as te Soerabaia Staadhuis designed and built by GC Citroen in ten years, from 1915 until 1925.

Construction
The main building has length of 102 m and a width of 19 m. Its construction consists of pole-reinforced concrete piles were planted, while the walls were filled with bricks and cement. The roof is made of metal frame and covered with shingles, but now, it is replaced with a tile roof

Function
Its the office of Surabayas mayor and the several of her staffs. And theres a park in front of the office. The park is called Taman Surya. Usually, the people here used it for some jogging and sport in the morning.
