Activities : Divide students into 2 groups Level 1 - Type the sentences correctly (Low to intermediate students) Level 2 - Rearrange and type the words given to form correct sentences (High proficient students) Sequence the sentences correctly in a paragraph. Compare and discuss the sentences Explain the steps in the task card given. Get the pupils to follow the steps to space the text from single to double and vice versa. Get the pupils to change the spacing from single to double and vice versa

INSTRUCTION
Rearrange the words in order to form sentences. Type the sentences in a paragraph. DOUBLE SPACING 1.Change the spacing of the paragraph from single to double. 2.Highlight the whole text. 3.Click Format at the menu bar. Then, click paragraph. 4.From the paragraph menu, go to line spacing. 5.Click the arrow down, and choose double spacing. 6.Click double and then click OK. SINGLE SPACING Repeat steps 4 to 6. Click the arrow down, and choose single spacing. Click single and then click OK.
