The Average Sale Value(ASV) at the moment stands at a healthy Rs. 1,600.00 (appx). We shall work on increasing this by aggressively pursuing sales of higher value products such as In-Car Entertainment & In-Car Tech. The sales of these products will rise significantly if the proposed partnership with CarZ is realised.
At the moment, the number of SKUs held in stock is quite low. Due to our inherent lower purchasing power and storage capability, we are being at a disadvantage of loosing potential customers and orders due to product unavailability. We shall increase the number of In-Stock SKUs to 100 in the next 3 months and then continuously monitor the movement of these SKUs and asses if they need to stocked or dropped. Apart from this, flagging of other potential SKUs that need to be stocked will continue .
We shall also work towards introducing our own line of products with Carware branding. These products shall fall in the Low-Mid priced SKUs ranging in value from Rs. 150 to Rs. 5,000. Apart from this, we shall continuously strive to represent reputed Aftermarket brands in India exclusively.

Advertising through Ad Words and Facebook alone has generate quite some buzz about the brand and has also contributed significantly to generating leads and sales. We shall continue to focus on these campaigns for the next 3 months. The reliance on these two campaigns shall then be reduced over time as the site fares better in Organic Search results as a result of our SEO efforts. The focus from then shall be on creating a bigger brand value through advertising on reputed media like magazines and targeted websites. These campaigns shall be handled in association with our suppliers whose products we sell. These shall take the shape of either Co-Branding or shared advertising.
