100% de todos los parmetros claves del monitoreo de condiciones son rastreados, puestos en una tendencia y analizados. Los anlisis resultan en acciones y decisiones apropiadas. La capacidad de pronstico provee las bases para la administracin de componentes y la estrategia de reparar antes de la falla. Analizar mensualmente; monitorear tendencia (por flota, mquina y componente/ sistema) en un intervalo de 12 a 24 meses.

Cul es tu Plan?
Involucrar a toda la organizacin; obtener la compra del compromiso; prepararse para la gran carga. Verificar la calidad de la informacin ; completa, registros precisos; guardar solamente lo que es necesario. Identificar las mejores prcticas (benchmarks), mtricos del rendimiento. Evaluar estado actual vs. metas Definir las reas para mejoramiento. Revisar/ modificar el plan y operaciones de mantenimiento (monitorear la aplicacin; considerar cambios)
Desarrollar tu estrategia. Monitorear la tendencia del rendimiento vs. las metas. Eliminar registros/ reportes que no resultan en decisiones/ acciones (considerar las consecuencias!). Publicar los resultados; mantener informada a la organizacin.

ANALISIS DE ACCIDENTE
Camin CAT-10 en direccin al botadero con 221 ton/mtricas de carga Camin CAT-11 despus de descargar en direccin a la pala El operador del camin CAT-10 reaccion un segundo antes del impacto soltando el acelerador y aplicando el retardador manual a una distancia aproximada de 13 metros Condiciones del impacto: Vel: 22.5 Km/hr Cambio Transm.: 4 Pos. Acelerador: 0% Daos de componentes: Radiador, ventilador, polea ventilador, mando de bombas, cabina y motor destruidos Convertidor, chasis(inspeccin) y transmisin daados El operador del camin CAT-10 al salir del botadero titube ya que el volquete de 2da velocidad vuelve a 1era continuando su aceleracin hasta 5ta, cuatro segundos antes del choque disminuye la posicin del acelerador al 11% a una distancia de 56 metros percibi la presencia del CAT-11 desacelerando al mximo. Dos segundos antes del impacto el operador se asusta y acelera hasta 86.4% en lugar de aplicar los frenos. Condiciones del impacto: Vel: 25.5 Km/hr Cambio Transm.: 5 Pos. Acelerador: 86.4% Daos de componentes: Radiador, ventilador y polea ventilador destruidos Chasis(inspeccin) y componentes menores 40

SU OBJETIVO CONSISTE EN MONITOREAR LOS COMPONENTES A TRAVES DE PRUEBAS NO DESTRUCTIVAS, QUE NOS PERMITAN VERIFICAR SU TENDENCIA DE DESGASTE NORMAL, ANORMAL Y OPERACIONES INCORRECTAS CON EL FIN DE TOMAR ACCIONES PREVENTIVAS Y EVITAR LA FALLA CATASTROFICA DE LOS COMPONENTES
UN PROGRAMA DE MANTENIMIENTO PREDICTIVO REQUIERE PERSONAL ASIGNADO PARA REALIZAR EL REGISTRO, ANALISIS E INTERPRETACION DE LAS PRUEBAS EFECTUADAS EN LA MAQUINARIA

VIMS: Es el sistema de administracion de la informacion vital de la maquina por medio de Controles electrnicos, sensores, switch y senders etc.
SOS: Interpretacin de las tendencias de los anlisis peridicos de aceite. CONSUMO DE COMBUSTIBLE: Determinar la vida del motor o sus componentes por la cantidad de combustible consumido. PASO DE GASES AL CARTER (BLOW BY) : Se monitorea el desgaste de las camisas y anillos del motor.
INYECTORES: Se evala el estado de los inyectores por las temperaturas en la camara de combustin.
