PROVISIONAL DIAGNOSIS
manpreet, 13yrs old female patient reported to the department with chief complaint forwardly placed upper front teeth was found to have average maxilla and retrognathic mandible with convex profile with vertical growth, a class I molar relation on on right side and end on relation on left side with upper anterior spacing and rotation of 11,14,21,24,31,33,34,35,43,44and poor soft tissue balance.
