Definition
Communication is the art of transmitting information ,ideas and attitudes from one person to another.

Information It consists of facts and figures and data which can be arranged in different patterns required for different purposes. Information does not include emotion. Persuasion Persuasion means making efforts to change or influence the attitudes and behaviour of the others. It is achieved by skilful appeal to emotion.
