Why BA ?
Work Experience-Worked as an Analyst, was accountable for all the IT requirements across United States of America for financial Clients like (Wells Fargo Wachovia , Capital one and Bank of America). Understanding the business requirements, information gathering, documentation and presentation for various IT requirements.

Participating in improving organizational performance through recommending areas or approaches for improvement activities, performing new data collection procedures, collecting data and providing input to team discussions.

Business Analyst
A Business Analyst (BA) is someone who analyzes the existing or ideal organization and design of systems, including businesses, departments, and organizations. BAs also assess business models and their integration with technology. There are at least four tiers of business analysis: Planning strategically the analysis of the organization's strategic business needs. Operating/business model analysis the definition and analysis of the organization's policies and market business approaches Process definition and design modeling (often developed modeling and design) the business through process process

IT/technical business analysis the interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems (generally within IT, sometimes referred to as systems analysis)

Skills
Functioning competently in diverse roles. Typically, these people have a broad educational background and a diverse skill set with a wide range of work experience in different jobs and industries. In essence, they are able to visualize the "big picture" - that is - understand the business from different perspectives, as well as the technology side of what can be effectively used to improve the business.

People comprises of -Business Planner, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Subject Area Expert, Organization Analyst, Financial Analyst, Technology Architect, Data Analyst, Application Analyst, Application Designer, and Process Analyst.
