Major Findings

The 42.6% of customer uses Internet for surfing and Downloading 70% population uses 1020Gb data per month Speed (29%)& Brand Name (34%) are main factors considered while purchasing internet

Suggestions Airtel should present the products (basic plans) based on Surfing and downloading Airtel may capture the market by providing services at higher data usage Airtel should invest in branding & provide better speed

Major Findings Price (26%) & after sales service (33 %) are the main benefits getting by the various competitors

Suggestions Airtel should penetrate the market by providing competitive price. Airtel should focus on after sales services e.g. 24X7 technician support , free installation & maintenance .
