Case 1
There is a medical student complain that he had failure of semester examination because of what he was learning disappear and he has been forgetting a lot although he had study hard.

Case 2
Budi is a medical student. He always study hard and he has no enough time to get exercise. At once when he crosses the hall, he struck a senior lecturer. Budi apologizes but the senior lecturer snaps Why weren`t you at this morning`s student meeting ? Budi look confused. Isn`t that tomorrow morning ? The lecturer laughs-and not very nicely, Better have your memory checked, Bud!

Case 3 when Toni seats at a loby, he spots a familiar face a cross in front of him. He know the guy but he can`t recall his name and the alphabet run through his head Toni is up to P and still no name comes to mind.

Memori adalah istilah umum untuk proses mental yang memperkenankan seseorang menyimpan informasi yang kemudian bisa di ingat lagi (Strub&Black, 2000).

HABIT IS MEMORY
Tidak ada memori yang lemah, yang ada terlatih atau tidak terlatih . Tidak ada batasan terhadap kapasitas memori. Memori yang akurat dan tersimpan baik adalah dasar kesuksesan.

Jangka waktu untuk bisa mengingat kembali informasi yang disimpan bisa pendek dalam beberapa detik sebagaimana tugas pengulangan angka (digit) atau sepanjang masa sebagaimana mengingat kembali pengalaman masa kecil

(Strub&Black, 2000).

Basic Memory Technique (BMT)

is a technique that allows the students to improve and maintain their memory and keep their brain young. This technique will be a trigger for the students to know the process of memory and to propel them toward a sharper mind by doing principle technique Look-Snap-Connect

One common distinction made in human long-term memory is between semantic memory, which refers to our store of general knowledge of the world, facts, concepts, objects and the meanings of words,

episodic memory, which refers to our store of personally experienced events from one's past life.
