SMS Pahmtoci service enables you to send anonymous SMS to other VivaCell-MTS subscribers, and allows the latter
to reply to the anonymous messages received.
In order to send an anonymous SMS, you need to send your message to the short number 777 in the following format:
The recipient will get the message from the number 777 without seeing the sender’s phone number. A special code
will be mentioned in the SMS, via which one can reply to the message. In order to reply, he just need to send an SMS
to the short number 777 in the following format:

In this case the latter will receive the following message from the number 777:

Send a reply to 777 as follows: [code] the reply text. Fee - 20AMD
The price of 1 anonymous SMS is 111 AMD. And the price of a reply message to an anonymous SMS is 20 AMD.
If you don’t want to receive anonymous SMS, then you can block them by calling 111.
Notes:
Anonymous SMS can be sent only to VivaCell-MTS subscribers.
Texts of the anonymous SMS and its reply should be written in Latin letters, and the length of the texts should not
exceed 150 symbols.
The service is not available while roaming.
SMS Package
SMS Package service offers new, more convenient way of sending SMS to those prepaid subscribers who often communicate
via SMS.
Just choose one of the available SMS packages and send on-net SMS at a much lower tariff.

When sending on-net SMS while having an SMS package, messages of the SMS package are consumed first, after which
regular charging according to the tariffs of the current tariff plan starts.
For example, by dialing *767*100#, you will get 100 SMS to be sent on-net and 800 AMD will be charged from your account.
And only starting from the 101st SMS regular charging according to the tariffs of the current tariff plan starts.
The validity period of all SMS packages is 30 days. SMS not used during this period are not transferred to the next month.
However, in case of getting another SMS package before the validity period of the first one expires, SMS package validity
period again becomes 30 days and the new SMS are added to the unused ones from the previous SMS package. This way you
can avoid loosing SMS not used during the package validity period.

When changing the tariff plan, not used SMS and validity period of the SMS package remain in your account.
SMS Package messages can not be used for sending Premium SMS.

After the card validity period expiration the SMS package is deactivated, and after recharging the during the grace
period, it is reactivated.
In case of not recharging the account during the grace period, the unused SMS are cancelled.
It is so convenient for those prepaid subscribers who have insufficient or zero balance in their account. Now they
can send a Call Me request and wait for a call.
Postpaid subscribers can also benefit from this service and send Call Me requests even when outgoing calls and
SMS are suspended.
Using the service is very easy. All you need is to dial *127*recipient’s phone number#

Be special! Be innovative! Be different! GOOD´OK service is your way to be all that. Replace the standard ring back
tone with pleasant melodies, modern hits or funny jokes and expressions.
No more Tu-tu…With GOOD´OK service all subscribers calling you will listen to a pleasant melody. You will also
be able to:
Buy the melodies, jokes and expressions you prefer
Choose melodies for individual subscribers or groups of subscribers calling you
Set the time when the melodies will be played
Present a melody to a friend
Order the same melody for you and for your friend at once
Default melody
As soon as the service is activated, the default melody will be assigned to all subscribers calling you. However you
can also set as default the melody you prefer.
Personal list
You can buy melodies of different genres, numerous funny jokes or expressions for an extra fee. Each time when you
buy a melody or a joke, it is added to your personal list.
The validity period of each melody is 30 days, after which the melody is removed from your personal list. However
you can keep the melody extending its validity period before it expires.
The GOOD´OK service is provided by VivaCell-MTS. However, all melodies, jokes and expressions, except for the
default melody assigned upon service activation, are made available to the subscribers by content-providers listed
below. The content providers bear sole responsibility for the melodies, jokes and expressions. Any issue or question
related to the melodies, jokes and expressions shall be addressed directly to the content provider offering it.

You can set your own rules for GOOD'OK service:
Assign melodies for individual subscribers
Create groups of subscribers and assign melodies for them
Define the time when the subscriber or members of a group will listen to the melody assigned to them
Music Box
In order that the subscribers calling you do not get bored listening to the same melody you can include melodies from
your personal list in the Music Box. And if the Music Box is activated, every time instead of the default one, a randomly
selected melody from the Music Box will be played.
Melodies from the Music Box are not played when certain rules are already set for a respective phone number.
Profile
Activating GOOD´OK service, you create your personal profile, where your personal list, the rules set for Music Box,
individual subscribers and groups are kept.
In case of service deactivation, your profile with all melodies and settings is kept in the system for 30 days. During
this period you can restore your personal profile reactivating the service*. In case you do not restore your profile
within these 30 days, it will be permanently deleted from the system. Afterwards you can activate the service again,
creating a new profile.
*In case the validity period of some melodies in your personal list expires before you restore your profile, those
melodies will not be restored.

Your mobile phone is more than just a device for making and receiving calls. You can have both Internet and regular
mobile phone services on your handset, enjoying the freedom of mobility. It is simply Internet on your mobile which
brings the whole new range of interesting services into the palm of your hand. All these are possible owing to the
exciting technology of GPRS (General Packet Radio Service). Moreover, you can use your phone as a modem for a
computer.
To get started
To use the service, you should have a GPRS-compatible mobile phone, and configure it with one of the
available methods. For the prepaid subscribers the service is activated by default. Classic subscribers need to visit one
of VivaCell-MTS Service Centers to activate their GPRS. GPRS activation for a Corporate subscriber can be
implemented upon request of either the company's director or the authorized representative along with a letter
of attorney. Another option is that the Corporate subscriber himself or herself can visit the nearest VivaCell-MTS
Service Center with a letter of attorney and request for GPRS activation for a certain number.
GPRS Roaming Partners
Currently VivaCell-MTS has GPRS roaming agreements with about 60 operators, and VivaCell-MTS subscribers can
use the GPRS service when roaming in more than 40 countries.
VivaCell-MTS subscribers can use the GPRS service while roaming in the following countries*:

receive GPRS setting for your mobile phone. Just save the settings in your mobile phone.

What is MMS?
MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is a modern way of messaging which enables you to create and exchange
messages containing melodies, full color images, photos and large texts. Using a phone with a built-in camera you can
take a picture and send it immediately to your friends. Make them happy with an original animated postcard or
surprise them with voice messages - everything depends on your imagination! Discover the colorful world of MMS!
All VivaCell-MTS subscribers can enjoy this service. You can also send MMS to any e-mail address.
When you send an MMS to a VivaCell-MTS subscriber who uses a mobile phone which does not support MMS
messaging (either because the phone is not configured accordingly or due to the fact that the recipient is subscribed to
another local GSM operator), the messaging recipient will receive an SMS notification about your MMS. This SMS
will contain a unique password along with a link to http://mmviewer.vivacell.am. The recipient will still be able to
view the multimedia message by visiting the above mentioned web page and entering the mobile number including
the country code (+37493xxxxxx) and the password provided.

Each time you activate a prepaid card or insert an active card into another mobile phone, you will automatically receive
MMS setting for your mobile phone. Just save the settings in your mobile phone.
To configure your mobile phone for MMS send the word MMS to 2020 short number via SMS, and you will receive a
message with MMS settings shortly. Just save it on your mobile phone and send an MMS to any VivaCell-MTS
subscriber in order to be able to receive MMS.

Help Me
The Help Me service allows you to make a request to transfer funds to your prepaid account just by sending a
free-of-charge SMS indicating the expected amount.
You can make Help Me requests even having 0 balance in your account.
After the Help Me request has been sent the recipient receives a message informing that you are asking to recharge
your account with the mentioned amount.
In case the recipient agrees to help you, he/she can make a transfer of funds to your account through Poghancum
service.
Notes:
The transferred amount should be a multiple of 100, from 200 to 20000 AMD.
Remainder of the account balance after making a transfer should be not less than 300 AMD.
Transfer can be made only after recharging the account at least once.
The service is not available after the end of prepaid card validity period.
Transfers can be made only within VivaCell-MTS prepaid subscribers.
Transfer of funds shall be deemed as transfer of the right to receive services within the respective amount, and such
amount cannot be encashed.
CLIP
The Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP) feature enables you to display the caller's number on the mobile
phone screen.
CIR
The Caller Identification Restriction (CIR) feature enables you to hide your number when calling.
Your number will not be displayed on the screen of your correspondent's mobile phone.
Pahmtoci
The Pahmtoci service allows you to hide your number anytime you wish when making a call.
The service fee is 2000 AMD/month for prepaid subscribers, and 1500 AMD/month - for postpaid subscribers.
Prepaid subscribers may activate the service by dialing *225#
Postpaid subscribers may activate the service by visiting the nearest service center and filling in the respective request
form.
To use this service:
select Hide ID from Call Settings menu before making a call or
enter #31# before the number you are going to call.
Call Forwarding
The Call Forwarding (CF) feature enables you to forward the incoming calls to another pre-selected number*.
There are following Call Forwarding Services:

Call Wait/Call Hold
The Call Waiting feature (CW) informs you that another party is trying to reach you, while you are on another call.
You can answer the incoming call, reject it or simply ignore it.
The Call Hold feature (CH) allows you to place an active call on hold and initiate another one or answer an incoming
call. The active and on-hold calls can be freely interchanged.
Conference Call
This service enables you to have a simultaneous conversation with more than one party.
The number of parties can be increased to a maximum number of six (including the inviting party plus five
others). The Conference Call service requires the CH/CW features.

You can choose your preferred number for prepaid card from the list of regular, bronze, silver, gold and platinum
numbers at VivaCell-MTS Service Centers. The prices of the numbers are given in the table below.

This service informs you about the calls that you were not able to receive as a result of your line being busy, or your
phone being switched off or out of coverage.
You receive a short message containing the caller’s phone number, call date and time.

Corporate solutions (Notes)
This corporate tariff plan applies also to the persons and entities referred to by the primary subscriber to this
tariff plan as its associate subscribers (e.g. employees, shareholders, affiliated persons, etc.), provided that the
primary subscriber undertakes joint and several liability in the manner satisfactory to VivaCell-MTS for the
complete repayment of the associate subscribers’ overdue debts.
It shall be deemed that the primary subscriber is the agent of the associated subscribers acting in its own name
but at the expense of the respective associated subscribers.
