ALLOCATING ROLES:
Just getting the people in the team is not good enough. They have to be told what the goal is. A team consists of different individuals.

The objective is to make them all work together like a fist, like a team.

Page 11

Make the best of Limited Resources:

Hiring of 3 blind person instead of professional trainers for his plan Use of sushmita sen instead of experts and trainers .

As entrepreneurs we too must be innovative. The focus should be on getting the work done and not on the availability of resources.

Unable to believe that blind men can ransack a bank, and amidst Mr. Rajput's impassioned defense, the police start getting suspicious. In the heat of the moment of defending himself, Mr. Rajput reveals that he had sent over Ilyaas, thus confessing his crime. The police arrest him.

Never OVERESTIMATE oneself and UNDERESTIMATE others.

SUMMARY
All though functions of POSCORB are being implemented in the movie, and the plan gets the success, but there are many management principles which should be given equal importance and consideration to prevent failure.

The good supervisor is not the one who make good observation but the one who understands the satisfaction level, feelings and emotions of employees, treating them wisely without any psychological pressure.
