Term Project

Every group must pick a unique industry. Design job-specific psychometric tests for your respective industry i.e. customer services, teaching, computer programming, etc. Justify how these tests will help identify the right fit for the said job in that sector. Each test must incorporate all aspects of psychometric test (verbal, analytical abilities and personality fit).

Design three tests for beginner level, supervisory level and management staff and explain how these three tests will be administered differently for all there levels.
