Customer Service Representative


Key Responsibilities
Assisting customers. Educating & informing customers about the product and promotions. Setting up the floor and maintaining the aesthetic appeal. Keeping up with targets and updating sales reports. Performing global counts.

Senior CSR

Cashier
Key Responsibilities
Switch on the system, check the display & Q manager, and collect float cash first thing in the morning. Smile & greet the customer, while collecting their shopping bags. Scan the product, inform them about the bill value and discounts offered. Ask for TIC card, if not , advice the customer about the loyalty program.

Other Responsibilities
End of day pull out statement Clear tags, and keep the stations clean at all times.

Manage Cashiers- Grooming, time, processing and escalations. EOD activities collect float, pull out, generate reports and check shortages. Manage the exchange counter & TIC counter. Also manage difficult customers.
Senior Cashier

Supervisors
Key Responsibilities
Receive inwards ,manage outwards and segregate the stock Inventory room management Manage floor movement of all CSRs Initiate global count process Check display- mannequins, signages, promo signs, VM directives, tickets, and garments Be informed of all running promotions and upcoming events.

Other Responsibilities
Check the attendance of all brand staff and company staff Frequent floor walks to ensure everything is in place. Fulfil VM requirements Generate sales reports and SOH report. Convey daily targets to the CSRs. Rectify variances post global count. Address issues

ACM/CM
Key Responsibilities
Merchandise inflow-outflow management Back Store Management Product displays Creating reports and participating in store meetings Follow plan-o-gram Manage manpower and stock Co-ordinate with Merchandise controllers

Other Responsibilities
Oversee inwards and outwards process Follow PI schedule given by the inventory team Follow action plans set by the corporate Ensure optimum stock level at all times Provide feedback to the buyers

Inventory
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling Perpetual Inventory Inwards and outwards with correct documentation process. Stock-On-Hand reports

Other Responsibilities
Produce report- Sales, shrinkage, damages, and variances. Keeping track of Goods In Transit

Information Technology
Key Responsibilities
Check back-ups and server conditions Entering mark downs and price changes Create reports on sales, walk-ins, billing, TIC conversion, discounts, GV and credit note.

Other Responsibilities
Monitor ORPOS Day-end back-up Generate and update CRM data files.
