STRONG STAFFING PROGRAM

LAUNCH PAD (Internal Job Posting) : Designed for employees to choose their areas of interest and switch to different jobs or roles within Landmark Group companies. Vacant positions are advertised in the Intranet; opportunities are given to internal employees before recruiting externally.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL SCHEME: Employees refer their friends & earn a referral bonus amount. INDUCTION & ORIENTATION: To familiarize the new employee with the organization & work culture, they are required to undergo an orientation training.

We are driving a performance culture using Structured Goal Setting process, Pitstop Session (Mid Year Review), and Annual Performance Management. Employee can use this tool to know where the business is heading and how to get there, get role clarity, seek support from the Leaders, reward & recognition for work, development opportunities.

GOAL SETTING PROCESS - Goal Setting process is the starting step in Landmark Development System. The process has been strengthened to ensure role clarity and set clear expectations for the year. MID YEAR PERFORMANCE REVIEW Pitstop helps in understanding achievement against the target set for the year. Manager and employee will review the targets and re-align wherever necessary. ANNUAL PERFORMACE REVIEW Employee and manager have a dialogue on the agreed performance level versus the actual while in completing the Annual Performance Appraisal in a transparent way.

DEVELOPING PEOPLE CAPABILITY

LIFE is a structured learning program for employees to develop knowledge and skills through progressive training. The program provides an opportunity for growth within the organization.

Lifestyle Education Assistance Program (LEAP) is the education support program for retail sales staff who want to pursue graduation. The program allows 50 100 % sponsorship for all eligible employees.
Career choices are LIFE choices take them seriously and grow LEAPs and bounds 8

DEVELOPING PEOPLE CAPABILITY

SUPERVISOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: This program was conducted to develop Supervisors into better people managers. MANAGERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM MDP was conducted for the ACM, CM Level store staff. The program consists of the following;-

Map existing competencies against the expected competencies for managerial role
Establish competency areas of strength and those that require development Support the manager utilizing his strengths and develop areas that need to improve

STRONG COMMUNICATION PROCESS

PEOPLE PULSE: Annual Employee Engagement Survey helps to understand the engagement levels, employee satisfiers and suggestions. It is an anonymous survey where employees can share honest feedback.

CONNECT OVER COFFEE: COC is the skip level meeting initiated to encourage dialogue across all levels. The purpose of COC is to understand team dynamics and strike a rapport with team members.

LIFESPEAK : Lifespeak, is our in-house magazine which is circulated quarterly to all employees pan India. The magazine gives and update on new store launches, awards & accolades, activities at regions, CSR initiatives, spotlight on employees, update from the management .

STRONG COMMUNICATION PROCESS

OPEN HOUSE: Open House is conducted at Corporate, RO & Stores every quarter where the management team gives an update on the business, market scenario, competition. The floor is also open for questions, ideas and suggestions.

SATURDAY MEET: Every Saturday the store BM addresses store employees at all levels in a common forum to discuss on the way forward and topics of common concern.

RETAIL OPERATIONS CONFERENCE: ROC is conducted at the Regional level every year whereby Retail Operations people across the regions meet & have a business review followed by a dinner party.

HERE TO HELP - GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL AND WORKPLACE ETHICS
Landmark Group prohibits all forms of harassment of employees Treating each other with dignity and respect is how we practice good human relations; we are committed to driving an all inclusive work culture. Employees can reach out to President HR to report any issues related to harassment at workplace. HERE TO HELP committee has been set up at Corporate, Regional Office & Stores comprising of 5 members - 3 female & 2 male members. A confidential, thorough, impartial and prompt investigation of every allegation of harassment or sexual harassment will be conducted by the Committee & the action will be taken accordingly.

Employee Safety Initiative:
Mock Fire & Safety Drills are conducted at regular intervals at Corporate, Regional Office and Stores by professionals to educate employees on Safety Standards and prepare them against any unforeseen event. Safety week is observed once in a year as a tribute to Safety standards.

LEAVE PROCEDURES At Lifestyle, we encourage employees to have a work life balance and we have designed our leave policy to accommodate planned events and unforeseen circumstances. Consolidated Leave All Confirmed employees are entitled to a total of 25 days of consolidated leave In a year

Paternity leave * Paternity leave of 3 days to male employees regardless of their length of service.

Bereavement Leave * Employees can avail 3 days leave incase of demise of any of their close family members (Parents, Parents In Law, Spouse or Children).
* Paternity & Bereavement leave is over and above the consolidated 25 days of leave and is applicable to grades R-5 & above

GROUP MEDICLAIM POLICY Employees will have self & family cover under the Medicalim policy. It assures best treatment without paying cash, thus reducing financial burden of the employee. Policy Benefits:R/W1 To R/W5 Cover for self & dependents upto Rs 50,000; R/W6 To M1 Cover for self & dependents upto Rs 1,00,000
* Dependents include Spouse, Children (only 2 children) and Parents only; Employees covered under ESI will not be eligible for this benefit

Maternity Benefits: Limit for Normal delivery Rs 25,000 and Caesarian Rs 50,000 GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT POLICY This policy extends to all the employees across locations irrespective of their coverage in ESI. The policy gives financial assistance to the families of the employees at the time of distress such as accidents. It covers only accident related health insurance/death. Sum insured is as below: R/W1 to R/W2 Rs 1,00,000 R/W3 to R/W4 Rs 2,00,000 R/W5 R/W6 Rs 3,00,000 Rs 5,00,000

EMPLOYEE GIFT POLICY When a permanent employee is getting married, he / she will be presented a gift voucher worth Rs. 2000/and when a permanent employee is blessed with a child, he / she will be presented a gift voucher worth Rs. 1000/- by the company. STAFF DISCOUNT POLICY Employees are entitled to buy merchandise at any of our Lifestyle stores at a discount of 15% on branded items and on private label products. However, Discount policy shall not be applicable in case of mobile phones / MP3 / MP4 / laptops and at the jewellery department. LONG SERVICE AWARD The Long Service Award for employees completing 5 years and 10 years will consist of a Gift Voucher (GV) worth Rs. 5000/- & 12,000/- respectively with an appreciation certificate.

Celebrating World Environment Day: World Environment Day is celebrated through various Green Initiatives like planting of seeds and saplings by employees across the organisation. The activities were in keeping with the theme of this year being

Life Trust: Lifestyle continues to support LIFE Trust in various ways such as the Re.1 initiative. A customer can contribute Re.1 in his/ her bill while shopping at any store. The amount collected through this initiative supports the education based programs of LIFE Trust.

Beat Diabetes: The focus of this initiative is to raise awareness about Diabetes. Over 13,000
people tested last year and over 8000 people participated in the walkathon.

Donation camps & Check up Camp: Blood Donation, Eye Pledging camps, Health check up are organized at Corporate office and regions. Employees have forward in large numbers to support the causes.
