Your Project is:30 credits 25% of the final year An important indicator of your performance Something the external examiner would look at first when considering your merit Something your future employer would probably want to discuss at your interview Something you must pass at the first attempt in order to qualify with an IET accredited degree

To get a good mark you need to: Put in a lot of effort AT LEAST 1 full day per week See your supervisor regularly Plan your time effectively and keep to plan, or improve on it Keep a good log book of your work Meet the deadlines hand-in dates Follow the guidelines in the Handbook

Submit Wed 24th April 2013 2 electronic copies, via the Portal No more than 50 pages A lecture covering the format and approach to writing your final report will be given next week. Note that writing your report starts when you start your project.
