Driver Qualification General Guidelines in Driving Defensive Driving Effective Defensive Driving Alcohol Motorcycle
The operator of the vehicle is responsible for informing all passengers of the safety belt and protective equipment requirements of the Coral Bay Nickel Corporation. That means, as an operator of a vehicle, you must make sure your passengers BUCKLE UP!
Always wear safety belt. Hands on the wheel, not on the phone. Follow traffic/road signs. Observe traffic rules. Dont overload & over speed. Observe courtesy to others, including pedestrians. Dont drink alcoholic beverages. Have at least 8 hours sleep/rest. Observe 15 minutes rest every 2 to 3 hours continuous drive.
Use signal lights and horn to caution other vehicles and personnel crossing the road.
During reduced visibility, switch on headlights. Shift to lower gear when descending.
