About The Product

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene that finds numerous applications. PTFE is a fluorocarbon solid, as it is a high-molecular-weight compound consisting wholly of carbon and fluorine. It is very non-reactive, partly because of the strength of carbonfluorine bonds. PTFE is well known by the DuPont brand name Teflon.

Advantages of PTFE over Other Materials:

Easy to get uniform thickness

Uniformity of dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor

Low moisture content of less than .02% of base material

Flammability is very less Stable in all chemicals

Very stable over frequency and temperature.

 Microwave Oven : In oven guiding roller is used which is made up of PTFE. Teflon 20 is used in manufacturing of Guiding Roller. Guide rollers are the products that maximizes heat resistance and non stickiness of electric property. They are used to reduce friction so that motion of the plate is uniform.

OLED ,PDP and Touch screen displays :Generally Teflon film of

0.03mm, 0.05mm, 0.08mm, 0.15mm, 0.3mm are used to cover or laminate the screen of LCD, OLED , PDP and for touch screen

displays.

Recommendations
Should start producing Teflon S And Teflon 20. Improve its quality of PTFE. Increase their production capacity.

Should focus on Indian market.

Should focus on other businesses also.
