The story..
Let us continue with our patients story. His fictional name will be Ion Popescu and we will describe every step he takes in our facility. He has been diagnosed with cancer and desperately needs our help. Now we will see him journey into our medical center, taking one step at a time through our procedures, bringing him closer to the treatment plan he deserves.

 Our patients have three options for getting an appointment:

Hello!
My name is Ion Popescu and a couple of weeks ago Ive been diagnosed with cancer. I browsed through my options and finally I have decided to choose your medical services. What should I do?

Lets see the doctor..

Now that I have an appointment, I must not forget to bring the documents from my past medical exams, so the doctor could quickly evaluate my condition.

After making the appointment, our patient must present himself to the front desk, from where he will be directed to the doctors office.

Hello, doctor!
My name is Ion Popescu and I have recently discovered that I have cancer. I have brought with me the results of my blood sample test, along with my medical records and my insurance.

After welcoming our patient in, the doctor writes down the data in the medical registry and begins to examine his condition, reviewing the received results. Then, if the results are inconcludent, he decides which other tests are needed for a good diagnosis.

 The doctor is now set on a diagnostic and decides the treatment. After the patients data has been introduced into our database, an electronic prescription is released, along with a physician referral for hospital admission which allows Mr. Popescu to make an appointment at our hospitalization department. Then the patients signs an agreement form in which he acknowledges the side effects of the treatment

I have an appointment and i want to be administrated the treatment which my doctor prescribed to me. Where do I need to sign?

Before he starts the chemotherapy process, the patient is accompanied by one of our assistants through the following procedures: 1. X-Ray 2. EKG 3. Abdominal Echography

Hospitalization duties
Our medical chief assistant fills in the hospitalization registry with Mr. Popescus information. After getting the results, one of the assistants will escort the patient to an empty bed. The doctor checks on his patient before he begins chemotherapy, assuring his blood pressure and his temperature are optimal. During that time, the patient is checked regularly, making sure he is untroubled.

One step closer..

Im almost done for today. Now I must see the doctor again to find out my progress so far. When should I come back?

After finishing his medication, the patient signs the hospitalization registry, then goes to the front desk to make another appointment with his doctor.
