How?

We are responsible for our own life situation and the choices we make about responding to it.

We must manage our expectations of other people, situations, and ourselves.

Why?
There is no way to work with

people on conflict free basis.

Anger is the first emotion to experienced and last emotion to be controlled

Thinking of positive sides by keeping negative sides away.


1. Dont say, I disagree with you. A person is a result of his/her own thoughts and ideas, and such a statement will be taken personally in a negative way.

2. Every conflict will call

for an individual assessment of the situation to determine the appropriate combination. Keep in mind that true assertiveness allows you to meet your own needs while respecting rights of others.

3. Pose a counter question: What approach would be more fair? If they have a better idea, you can consider it. If they say, however I dont know. Your reply might be: Thats the same problem I have and right now this decision seems to be most fair.

Build good relationships before conflict occurs Do not let small problems escalate; deal with them as they arise Respect differences Listen to others perspectives on the conflict situation Acknowledge feelings before focussing on facts Focus on solving problems, not changing people If you cant resolve the problem, turn to someone who can help Remember to adapt your style to the situation and persons involved

Mind of all are not same. One mind even can tell a lot of things. So, conflict management in a place will be present though out our life. It can not be ignored but it can be faced with potentiality.
