DESCRIPTION
Cell Reselect Hysteresis ... (HYS)
Parameter to define received level hysteresis for required cell reselection, 0-14 dB

RxLev Access Min ... (RXP)

Parameter to define minimum RxLev MS has to receive for allowed access to cell, -110..-47 dBm

Cell Reselect Offset ... (REO)

Parameter to define offset C2 reselection criteria for a cell, 0.. 126 dB

HO margin PBGT ... (PMRG)

Parameter to define threshold in the power budget process, handover margin prevents repeated handover between adjacent cells, -24.. 63 dB

HO margin LEV ... (LMRG)

Parameter to define a threshold for a handover caused by signal level, -24.. 24 dB

HO margin QUAL ... (QMRG)

Parameter to define a threshold for a handover caused by signal Quality, -24.. 24 dB

HO Lev Umbrella ... (AUCL)

Parameter to define minimum signal level of an adjacent cell, when a handover is allowed to an adjacent umbrella cell, -110.. -47 dBm

RxLev Min Cell ... (SL)

Parameter to define the minimum signal level of an adjacent cell, when a handover is allowed to one of them.

Directed Retry threshold (DRT)

With this parameter you define the threshold value of the signal strength in the adjacent cell for the Directed Retry procedure. If the signal strength level in the cell is lower than this threshold value, adjacent cell is not accepted as a candidate in directed retry

ZEAC: CREATE ADJACENT CELL PARAMETERS

PMRG = <HO margin pbgt> | 6 def ] With this parameter you define a threshold in the power budget process. The handover margin prevents repeated handover between adjacent cells. The values range from -24 to 63 dB, changing with 1 dB step size. The default is 6 dB. With this parameter you define a threshold for a handover caused by signal level. The values range from -24 to 24 dB, changing with 1 dB step size. The default is 3 dB. kalau ada urgency handover due to low level...nanti dia akan pilih neighbors yang >= nilai LMRG Ex LMRG= 3 saat decision handover dia akan pilih neighbor yang levelnya lebih besar 3db dari level sourcenya QMRG = <HO margin qual> | 0 def ] With this parameter you define a threshold for a handover caused by signal quality. The values range from -24 to 24 dB, changing with 1 dB step size. The default is 0 dB. Sama seperti LMRG tapi kalau QMRG yang mentriger quality nya RXLev min cell = SL With this parameter you define the minimum signal level of an adjacent cell, when a handover is allowed to one of them. The values range from -110 to -47 dBm. (RXLEV_MIN). The default is -100 dBm

BSS PARAMETER REVIEW

Cell selection
To be selected by the cell selection procedure, a cell has to fulfill the C1 criterion C1>0, where C1=AV_RXLEV rxLevAccessMin-Max(0,msTxPwrMaxCCH P) AV_RXLEV = 1/5*(RXLEV1+RXLEV2+...+RXLEV5) P=Maximum RF output power of the MS This mean that the received downlink level has to be above a threshold (rxLevAccessMin)

Cell Reselection
While moving within the radio network in idle mode, another cell may be more appropriate to serve the MS. Teherefore, cell reselection may be performed Cell Reselection criterion C2 : C2=C1-cellReselectOffset for PT = 31 C2=C1+cellReselectOffset-TO for T<PT<31 C2=C1+cellReselectOffset for else
