OPTIMA has three main methods of filtering data: 1 Enterprise Filters

Use previously created filters within ENTERPRISE Will only bring back filtered data from the database Referred to as Custom filters type in an individual cell, cell planner or BSC separated by a comma with no spaces in between Available in all windows except Cell Statistics and Handovers Filter data within a specified time period

View and analyse the BSC counter data of a single cell collected over a period of 48 hours up to a year Allows investigation of the past performance & general trends of the cell
Changes can be made which will let the cell perform better in the future
Comparisons of cell history could answer users queries regarding network performance
