USE OF TECHNOLOGY BASED SELF CATERED PROGRAMS ALONG WITH DESIGNATED TRAINERS TO TRAIN NEW & JUNIOR RECRUITS. TRAINING PROGRAM TO BE WELL CRAFTED AND TIMED SO THAT TRAINERS ARE ABLE TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH THE TRAINEES .
