What should Lisa do now?

Lisa is good at interpersonal relationshipshad good relationships with her coworkers. Shes finding it hard to deal with Linton and Scoville partly because shes not being her true self with them. Also the stereotyping of harvard MBAs by both of them added to her woes. So, start with sorting out issues with Linton and Scoville. Make it clear to both of them their instructions were conflicting. No difference in terms of environment from Houseworld corporate structure, brand, etc Could face similar colleagues or bosses Probability of harvard stereotyping is low Should work her way to the top aligning with the organization Gets a new chance to exhibit her strengths and true self Experience at House World would be handy BUT, couldve done the same things at House World as she had second chance!
