What should Lisa do now?

Lisa is good at interpersonal relationshipshad good relationships with her coworkers. Shes finding it hard to deal with Linton and Scoville partly because shes not being her true self with them. Also the stereotyping of harvard MBAs by both of them added to her woes. So, start with sorting out issues with Linton and Scoville. Make it clear to both of them their instructions were conflicting. This coupled with harvard stereotyping resulted in her being not true to her own character always tried to be sincere learner and got a disappointing feedback
1

Request them to give her opportunity to show her real strengths-- analytical skills, intellectual capacity and organizational abilities Still shes got chance to prove herself in the firm, so
Actively participate in the discussions and take initiatives as suggested by Linton Sort out issues with Scoville by briefing him about the instructions of Vernon, since hes already frustrated and rude by nature she should not try to vent her anger/disappointment on him, instead she should be calm and soft in dealing with him Scoville apologized to Benton when she conveyed her concerns to him during lunch. Inform Linton about her dissatisfaction with performing only analyses and her willingness to assume more responsibilities ask for an opportunity to try!
2

If relationships with Linton and Scoville doesnt improve,

Lisa should approach Vernon brief him and about her situation Hes genuinely concerned about her being happy Ask for a department change without hesitation

If Vernon rejects her request

Go for Right-Away right away! Apologize to Kingston for rejecting his offer to join an organization she was well fitted into Kingston would be happy accommodating her invested a lot of time and money on her!

Did she take the right job?

Lisa gave preference to hygiene factors while choosing House World over Right-Away She was promised a better position at Right-Away and also quick promotion Assigned more weight to the brand of the firm and structured training over well-fit into the organization Wouldve been a wonderful journey had she not faced interpersonal issues with Linton and Scoville Tradeoff between professional aspects of career vs overall growth Right-Away wouldve been a safer bet for Lisa

Assuming she gets into P&G after quitting House World

No difference in terms of environment from Houseworld corporate structure, brand, etc Could face similar colleagues or bosses Probability of harvard stereotyping is low Should work her way to the top aligning with the organization Gets a new chance to exhibit her strengths and true self Experience at House World would be handy BUT, couldve done the same things at House World as she had second chance!
