‫ن ْج ْ ْوَاٰ ْتَی‬ ‫ب ْوَالنَّبِی ِّی ْْ َ‬ ‫ملٰئِک َْةِْ وَالْکِتٰ ِْ‬ ‫خرِوَال ْ َ‬ ‫اْلٰ ِ‬
‫قْربٰ ٰی ْوَالْیَتٰمٰی‬ ‫حبّ ِْ ه ذَوِی ْال ْ ُ‬ ‫ل ْعَلٰ ٰی ْ ُ‬ ‫ما َْ‬ ‫اال ْ َ‬
‫ن ْوَْ فِی‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫ی‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ل‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ئ‬ ‫سا‬‫َ‬
‫ّْ‬ ‫ال‬ ‫َ‬ ‫و‬‫سبیل ْل ْ‬
‫ِ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫َ‬
‫ّْ‬ ‫ْال‬ ‫ن‬ ‫ْْ‬

‫َ ّ ِ ََ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ُ ْ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫َ ُ ْ ْ َ َِ ِ‬

 Answer
The answer to this question is completely explained in the
verse of Quran mentioned before. The translation of that
verse in English is :
It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces
Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to
believe in God and the Last Day, and the Angels,
and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your
substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for
orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those
who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast
in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfill the
contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and
patient, in pain (or suffering) and a diversity, and
throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people
of truth, the God-fearing.

Many people misunderstood the
concept of righteousness. The
righteousness is not only to say prayer
but the reality of righteousness is that
you must give zakah to poor and needy,
you must be firm in distress, you must
fulfill your promises. That is the real
righteousness. Many people only say
prayer and think that they have done
all religious tasks. But this verse tell us
how a person reaches to the ultimate
righteousness and to the heights of
virtue. Similarly in another verse of

This verse tells that if we have
entered in Islam whole-heartedly
only then we are good Muslim. From
all this discussion we only be able to
extract a single conclusion that if we
want to be a good Muslim we must
fulfill all the religious tasks. These
religious tasks not only include the
prayer and the pilgrimage. If we
