We want to established the business of nutritious tasty drink but still used the favourable ingredient for people. Why

Business sector ' SnowWhite ' is a small business project run by five people who act directly as a business owner and driver . Currently, the development of food and beverage business is very diverse . Business development with a focus on healthy drinks milk and selasih as the main ingredient has not been found .

college , students and general public who resided around the Bandung State Polytechnic as a major segment of our market . Seeing the unavailability of business focus that makes milk and selasih as

The factors that influence whether or not the business is growing :


Any type of healthy beverage business products with different base materials . For example : juice , thai tea . Products with dairy ingredients and basil is relatively new so it is necessary that the maximum promotion process to promote this product .

State Polytechnic is targer of our business . ' SnowWhite ' is a healthy

beverage product designed to attract customer interest in consuming


a healthy beverage , vitamin and delicious . This product is made by mixing two ingredients namely milk and sweet selasih with other basic ingredients that the average preferred by the college students and the students because of the sweetness that is owned by that product .

The main

competitors of Snow White are

the other healthy drinks such as fruit juice and thai tea . To be able to compete with other healthy beverages , we were more focused on the price offered product offerings .

Beverage products that we offer are made from milk major which have interest by many in the community . The dairy ingredients we combine the gelatin and basil seeds are healthy for the digestive system , the taste of the product is sweet and refreshing . Packaging that we use for this product is to use a plastic cup small and medium size , we also provide our product label to be easily recognizable by consumers

Broadly speaking, the price of drinks products we offer range from Rp . 3.500 ,

building B ( Lab.Bisnis AN ) . In addition , we also market our products in the senior high school

and junior high school surrounding neighborhood


group members .

Technology and Production Process


Technology that are used:
Handphone

Handphone as our communication tool with producer and consumer and also as a promotion media for our product.
Sealer Machine

Sealer machine is a machine that can lid the plastic glass so the glass can be lid tightly and looked neat also highenis.
Computer and printer

For sticking the label in our product we use printer and computer to design and print the label.

Production Process
Activity that we do in our business include selling the drink thats named snow white. Its started from receiving order from the shop or consumer. After that we order the snow white to the producer in amount of consumer order. After ordering we take and pay for the snow white at the producer house. We have got the snow whites then we stick the label that weve made on that plastic glass. And the snow whites are ready to be distributed to the consumer who order it.

There are some equipments that we use for the selling process: 1 unit printer 1 unit computer/laptop Mobile Phone 1 unit Sealer machine And there are the accomplices: Label paper Plastic bag

Organization and Management


Snow White business is had by five person who are the owner of the business. They do all the work process and control the work from searching for the producer of the Snow White, ordering, buying, and distributing the product to the consumer. They also manage the management of the business. The owners are work together each other in every selling process. For the management is managed by two person, one is managing the financial and business documents and the other one is arranging the selling work like order the snow white to the producer, take the product, sticking the label, and distribute the product to the consumer.

Organization and Management


This business is a collective business where the financial capital are got from each member of the group. We have establish the first capital that we need for our first business. For the profit we will divide it based on the member of the group from the profit that we get per day
