ARTICULACIN DEL TOBILLO (TALOCRURAL).

Articulacin sinovial. Localizado entre extremos distales de tibia y peron y parte superior de astrgalo. SUPERFICIES ARTICULARES:
Mortaja maleolar: Extremos distales de tibia y peron. Trclea astragalina: forma de polea.

TIBIA + ASTRGALO.
Supf. inf. (techo de la mortaja) transfiere peso. Malolo medial con la supf. med. del astrgalo.

Delgada por delante y por detrs.

Fuerte a los lados por los lig. colaterales. CAPA FIBROSA: Sup: tibia y malolos. Inf: astrgalo. Membrana sinovial: Laxa, recubre la capa fibrosa. Cavidad sinovial: Se extiende al lig. interseo tibioperoneo.

Cara lateral del tobillo: Ligamento colateral del tobillo.

Ligamento taloperoneo Ligamento taloperoneo Ligamento (astragaloperoneo) (astragaloperoneo) calcaneoperoneo: anterior: posterior: Redondeado, Plano y dbil, Grueso y fuerte, posteroinferior, desde la anteromedial, desde el horizontal, med. y post. punta del malolo lat. a malolo lat. al cuello del desde fosa maleolar al la supf. lat. del astrgalo. tubrculo del astrgalo. calcneo.

Cara medial del tobillo: ligamento medial del tobillo ( deltoideo, estabiliza en eversin).
Desde el malolo medial al astrgalo (tibioastragalinas tibiotalares ant. post.), calcneo (tibiocalcnea) y navicular (tibionavicular).
