Objectives

1. To do a research of the employee separation


process of atleast 3 companies in the same industry and propose change in our separation process.

2. To study and suggest recent trends in the


employee separation process.

3. The different types of letters issued to


employees while exiting.

Research Methodology
1. Sources of data Primary Data:

The data was collected by questionnaire to know the employees reason for leaving the previous company prior to Cybage. Secondary Data: The data was collected from companys reports, performance of employees and etc.

Methods of data collection Questionnaire: The questionnaire which was prepared was structured undisguised.

Sample Design Sample unit: employees Sample size: 10 Sample area: Cybage Company, Pune Study duration: 6th June 12th June

4. Tools and techniques Questionnaire (It was only filled by those employees who have recently left the IT companies and joined another IT company i.e., CYBAGE)

Findings
Reasons

For Leaving Previous Company And Joining Cybage Company :

1. Cybage provides more challenging jobs to the employees. 2. The working conditions provided in Cybage were better. 3. Many employee engagement activities are conducted in Cybage. 4. Cybage provides International exposure to its employees. 5. The Company provides better salary packages.

Limitations

Conclusions

1. Employee separation is the process in which employee leave the organization either voluntarily and involuntarily. 2. The company has goodwill in the mind of people and as well as the employees working in this company.

3. The company is having large no. of promoters in different fields and areas.
4. The company also has wide scope outside India i.e., Redmond, Washington, USA. 5. Through the comparative analysis we can say that all the four IT based companies has different voluntary and involuntary separation process.
