About us

dJomba is a new media and interactive agency located in Lisbon (Portugal) with recognized experience in
digital marketing and interactive solutions.

dJomba is an irreverent, although professional agency, best known by its innovative of work and constant
search for new solutions in the field of digital marketing. The Company was founded in 2002, by two
experienced multimedia professionals, previously on the team responsible for the development of SIC24
online 3D commercial project. SIC is one of the biggest Portuguese private television networks.

With a team of top professionals, dJomba is always ready to face new challenges, start new creative
adventures and solve the most difficult problems with creative and technological solutions.

Among the wide variety of projects and campaigns developed by the agency, it’s core competences are
the development of product websites, online advertising campaigns, branded games and interactive
displays and the strategic planning of digital campaigns, integrating e-marketing, mobile marketing and
physical interfaces.

Since 2007 has accomplished projects for international clients, mainly in Portuguese speaking countries,
like Brazil, Angola and Mozambique.

Format: Intranet for direct communication channel with the network of sales representatives and support the sales

Description: The sales representative accessed this intranet website to get information about the incentive program, check the
list of closed contracts they have accomplished and accumulated incentive points that could be exchanged by
rewards. The success of this program extended its duration for 3 consecutive years. In this period, the website
was used by 8000 daily active users.

Format: Promotional website for Knorr’s new ready to eat soups, prepared with fresh vegetables, according to traditional recipes.
Notes: The website was programmed to detect the time that each user access it to simulate a real day on the village – from 19:00 the layout
changes to night until 07:00, in which it changes back to day.

Format: Multiplayer game for children’s sensibilization about traffic signs and traffic rules

Description: The game was implemented in the interior of a inflatable spaceship, carried in a special transport truck, that travelled
all around Portugal, setting it in all district capitals. The spaceship had 4 plasma screens on the floor – the screenshots
above presented formed a map of a city in which the game was set. Each player had a game command by which he
could control a small car through the city.

Format: Viral marketing campaign with contest website, banner advertising and permission marketing by e-mail
Description: The objective was to find, in a pixel art city, in 3 minutes, 5 special figures that hold a Unibanco Mini credit
card on their hands. The participants won additional credits to play if the invite friends. The player with best
result (which found all the figures in the less time) won a prize of € 1.000.

Business: Food
Format: Facebook application development to support the advertising campaign “Uns minutinhos sem homens” (Some
minutes without men) for Kit Kat Senses promotion.
Description: The application allowed, all Facebook female users that installed it, to access to a private post room in which they could
talk freely about their interests, problems, desires with other females, that also were fans of this chocolate bar. Only
users of the female sex could enter this private post room. The application allowed or denied the user access, according the
sexual gender stated on their profile.

Description: Social marketing campaign on Facebook, Hi5 and Twitter supported by a campaign website. Using the claim created by JWT agency
“Loose your head for a Nokia N97” it was proposed to the users of those social networks to participate in a competition in each they must
change their profile picture for a image of the Nokia N97 mobile phone and post a comment on the campaign pages explaining why they
had loosed their heads (profile pictures) for a Nokia N97. The best explanations were awarded with a N97.

Client: SCP - Sporting Clube de Portugal


Business: Sports
Format: GAMEBOX 2009’s digital campaign creative and technological development, including a viral mini-site for the official SCP website, adaptation of
this mini-site into a Facebook application, and a website with interactive videos in which the clubs player Sá Pinto and the Portuguese actor Pedro
Lima, guided the visitors around the stadium explaining the advantages of each terrace of the Alvalade stadium. The campaign was promoted by mailshoots to
all club members and supporters and banner campaigns on the official SCP website and various Portuguese main websites of reference for the target.

Description: Human-size model Mobile phone with an interactive display (touch screen) for Nokia Portugal stand in Moda Lisboa 2007 (Annual
Lisbon Fashion exhibition). The visitors were invited to take a picture (with a webcam included on the model) and to personalize it with
funny elements (moustache, hair, etc.). If they wanted to participate on a conquest for a mobile phone, they could submit their “arranged”
photo into a network of LCDs set all around the stand for other visitors could appreciate their creations.
