OBJETIVOS DEL PLAN DE TRNSITO ENTRE CICLOS OBJETIVOS EDUCATIVOS Mejorar la calidad de los aprendizajes entendiendo que los alumnos deben aprender y pertenecer a las instituciones de EMB.

Apoyo permanente a todas las familias involucradas en el programa.

COMIENZA 1 DE FEBRERO 2014
Confirmar inscripciones en centros educativos: Escuela Tcnica ,LICEOS N2 y N 3. Sedes de trabajo Liceo 3 UTU 50 alumnos becados . Trabajo con profesores de

I.espaol Matemticas E.fsica

Adaptarse a los cambios.

Finaliza con campamento junto a todos los referentes de equipo. Se valoran los vnculos de convivencia.

FASE III
COMIENZA 1 DE MARZO 2014 .FINALIZA 30 DE DICIEMBRE 2014

Acompaamiento y seguimiento de los alumnos en 1ER ao de E.M.B Puente entre las familias e instituciones educativas.

Articulacin con redes comunitarias.

Fortalecer y acompaar procesos de aprendizajes. Asegurar y sostener su inclusin durante el ao lectivo. Propiciar mesas de estudios. Participar de las actividades integradoras propuestas por el E. Permanente.

Empoderar a las familias de herramientas para apoyar a sus hijos.
