Concordia Chiajna project will continue from now on with Laureniu
Reghecampf. I have great confidence that we will be on the right
track, apart from the fact that we want to redress the ship
together, I have great expectations from him because he is a
technician from the young generation.
Reghe is a calculated man, pleasant, easy to work with. Hes not
the one to make a scene. He remains the same after a loss or
after a win. He is the same man who came from Concordia. Yes,
he may seem arrogant in relationship with others! And I try to be
as arrogant because those people really annoy us.
Steauas Success = The coach
Reghecampf became a model for young Romanian coaches.
Diplomacy regarding the relationship with the owner, knowing how
to create his technical staff such that it brings a plus to the
working value, knowledge of technical and tactical strategies. But,
above all, psycho- pedagogical skills!
