 It is a good decision. He should find his happiness his way/ he should think of his happiness and it is up to him to decide what is the best for his life.
It is not a good decision. He should stay to look after his family. Family should be there for each other.

 Steady, sensible Rational- she thinks before she acts.At first, she was cold to Stella.when she realizes what she does is wrong, she helps Stella to win her fathers friends heart. Feels rejection- when her father chooses to spend time with stella, she feels bad. Observant- she notices how her parents react with each other. She tries to avoid hurting her mother by treating her fathers new girlfriend coldly.

 However, when her fathers friend act rudely and chose to ignore stella, she decides to act and is gracious to Stella. This changes the attitude of others and saves the day for all. Appreciative- stella gave her the pyjamas that she really wanted. Claudia wears it in front of her fathers friend and praises it. This shows that she is appreciative and grateful
