Requirement For BC, BM, UM, FA

Minimum SSC/HSC passed
4 passport size photographs, 2 Photocopies of National ID or Birth Certificate,

2 Photocopies of academic(Educational) Certificates.

Anyone who are applying for these posts must face a viva or written test. A staff policy is must for every employee regarding their posts.

A staff policy of at least 50,000 to 1,00,000 taka only is

required for a Unit Manager (UM) and Financial Associate (FA)

The rate and amount of premium will be varied basis on

age of the policy holder.

A Unit Manager have to recruit at least 10 Financial

Associate (FA) in a month

Unit Manager will train and control his Financial

Associates (FA) to achieve their business target

A Financial Associate (FA) have to make at least 11

policies in 12 months
Financial Associate (FA) can do on basis of full time or

part time.
