Power Distance
Differences in the work culture as per the power delegated to the employees.
Organization A The power was distributed equally among all Enjoyed equal benefits and rights. Organization B The superiors enjoyed a special treatment Team leaders with more responsibility then team members.

Here individuals with a common interest come together and work in union as a team.

Long term oriented societies attach more importance to the future. Focus on long term relationship with the employees. Strive hard for targets. In short term oriented societies, values promoted are related to the past and the present. People expect short term rewards from their work.

Indulgence Restraint Societies with a high rate of Restraints define societies with indulgence allow people to freely strict social norms and restrictions satisfy their basic needs and desires Gratification suppressed and Enjoys moment rather than uses regulated time to compare with others
