An expert in organizational management and international business, Christopher Adalikwu
holds nearly 20 years of working experience in higher education sector as a faculty member and administrator. Prior to stepping into the professional career, behavior management, human resources management, and international business. Adalikwu served as a Professor at Christopher Adalikwu was keen for corporate structures and practices. He had also studied business and political science as an undergraduate at the University of Northern Iowa with active participation in student government. Christopher Adalikwu then went on to earn an MBA from Jackson State University followed by a PhD in management from Walden University. In his spare time, Adalikwu enjoys a variety of intellectual pursuits too.
Having completed his PhD in 1995, Christopher Adalikwu joined Martin Methodist College as a professor of management. During his five-year term with the college, he taught a wide range of management courses and also created and implemented various administrative initiatives such as a business advisory board and several internship and recruitment programs.
Christopher Adalikwu serves as Dean of the College of Business at Catholic University prior to which he had also served as Dean of the College of Business at Columbia Southern University, wherein he was involved with recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating coordinators, faculty and course writers, as well as establishing and maintaining an Advisory Board. He is also a Professor of Management, specializing in organizational Concordia
College, in the Division of Business and Computer Information before his employment in Columbia Southern University. He is a member of the American Management Association, the International Association for Higher Education Administrators, and the Association of MBA Executives.
Christopher Adalikwu at the Catholic University has received numerous private and public sector awards for his work. During his teaching tenure in various universities, Christopher Adalikwu has worked closely with his students by providing them counseling and advise in various academic matters. His academic excellence has been recognized and appreciated granting him Teacher of the Year Award, a Community Enrichment Award, and a Best Faculty Award. From 1995 to 2011, he was honored by Who's Who in America Higher Education.
Christopher Adalikwu is also a member of a number of academic organizations, including the American Management Association, the Association of MBA Executives, the International Association for Higher Education Administrators, and the Southern Association of Business Schools Leaders and Scholars.
