First Aid Procedures
If an employee witnesses an accident they
should:
1. Contact a first aider immediately or emergency
services if urgent
2. Talk to the injured person and keep them calm
3. Wait with the person until help arrives
4. Complete the following forms

This form should be completed and passed on to your line
manager
