configuration (SAP calls customization) that they do for each customer implementation.
SAP consultants are the highest paid in the market!

Long implementation times (talk about projects that keep going for years with no end state in

Talk about companies that have gone bankrupt, trying to implement SAP, and about
companies that have failed SAP implementations & law suits
