BACKGROUND

Company History
Midas Touch Business Services was formed in September, 2011. It was just an idea in the mind
of its Director Divya Khurana. She is passionate about BPO culture in India and wants to take it
to new heights. She wants our youth to be trained and skilled to accomplish any set of
responsibilities and pride our nation in the world market. The seeds for Midas Touch were
implanted in September, 2011 and since then it has been providing manpower Services,
Business to Business Services and training & Development services. We cater our training and
BPO services across the globe.

What we do
Midas Touch Business Services offers a variety of business services, as the name
signifies we provide Business Services. Here are the key services we offer:
Communication Skills and Inter-personal Skills Training
BPO Services, Inbound, Outbound, voice and non voice business projects
Business to Business Services, offering and completing projects with requisite quality and skill
set
Manpower Services, training and Developing manpower according to organizational needs

Vision statement
Midas Touch Business Services has a vision to serve our nation and take it to new heights
in service industry. We want India to be the first choice for investors not because of its
cheap labour, in fact due to the quality of manpower and services it provides.

Mission statement
Midas Touch Business Services was started with a thought which came into execution and
then there was no U turn. Ms. Divya Khurana executed her brilliant idea and started with
hand full of people. However, within a short span of 6 months we have reached a
respectable figure of 20 employees. We have trained and placed candidates in leading
organizations where they are performing as per best of their skills and knowledge. We
have served major US and UK clients and are expanding rapidly. Our mission is to take
India at the top in service industry.

Midas Touch Business Services has just one goal and that is to perceive India on top in
the service industry in the terms of quality. We are working hard to achieve our goal. In
India we have ample amount of resources, people are laborious and talented. We want to
explore and polish that talent, and want to prove to the world that India is not a Developing
Nation, its people are competent to make it a world power.

Growth strategy
Midas Touch Business Services was started with handful people. However, within a short
span of time it has grown rapidly. We have our own principals when it comes to growth.
We want to coordinate and support market leaders, small business enterprises to come up
as one. We have learnt that individual growth is limited growth. However, joint efforts are
always fruitful. Hence, we are working hard to develop training material, technologies, and
we are serving our clients to gain experience where we can support others not just for the
individual growth, in fact for the growth of the nation as a whole.

efficiency and much more. Midas Touch Business Services keeps all parameters in mind
when it comes to delivery of work. We analyse our Clients requirement, we study the
market, and after apposite planning, and analytics comes the execution. We have Six
Sigma certified staff, hence we place our own Quality benchmarking and deliver in
accordance.

Henceforth, delivering quality is in our veins. We have Kaizan and Lean certified staff, and
focus on individual and team efforts towards achievement of goals while eliminating waste.

Ms. Divya Khurana
Divya is an Arts graduate from University of Delhi, she has done her Mass
communication to get a better knowledge of media world, simultaneously she did
her Oracle A and O level to get a sound hand in IT industry. She has more than 6
years of experience in different verticals. She has been using her analytical skills
and had been doing a market research, before implanting her own venture.
Midas Touch Business Services is not just work for her; its her passion and
dream.

Mr. Himanshu Dhingra
Himanshu is a Quality green belt certified professional with dual MBA in
marketing and Human Resource Management. He has more than 12 years of
experience and has served few of 500 fortune companies. His business ethics
include dedication towards his work and fulfilling his commitments with best of
his capabilities. He has won several awards for his flawless services.

MANAGEMENT & OWNERSHIP
Managers
Mr. Suraj Kohli (Manager Operations)
Suraj is an engineer with 5 years of work experience in IT industry. He has worked
with HCL and Infosys and has catered his services as best as he could. Suraj
joined Midas Touch Business Services to take it to next level with his knowledge
and expertise.

Ms. Ginnie Khurana (General Manager Legal and Compliance)
Ginnie is an ICWA (Cost Accountant) professional; she takes care of legal and
compliance for Midas Touch Business Services. She is an expert in legal matters
and fulfils her duties with utmost dedication.

Mr. Deepak Dhingra (Manager Administration)
Deepak is a Commerce graduate from University of Delhi and has done his
diploma in computers. He has more than 15 years of work experience. He
underwent several training and has done advance excel course. He has been
heading admin and reporting in Mercer. He accepted to join Midas Touch
Business Services, as he was pleased to see our efforts in service sector and
wanted to give his part too.

Midas Touch Business Services has 18 people taking care of office and administrative work
Affirmative action initiatives
Midas Touch Business Services has been providing BPO and Training Services from
past 7 months. In the past 7 months we have provided our services to numerous
Clients, though we serve ever Client with utmost importance. However, for one of our
Clients we took extra initiative as they were unable to meet their targets. We analyzed
their employees areas improvement and prepared a plan according to their skill set.
After our training session the results were self explanatory. There was a tremendous
improvement in the sales.
Another, incidence is when we took over a new project for UK based company, it was a
survey project, the Client needed an extra ordinary team to conduct a certain amount
of surveys in 45 days, as there was a huge back log. We took the project as a
challenge and we managed to close just 65 surveys less that the required number,
which we did in next 2 days. The Client was pleased with our performance and now we
are the 1st priority for our Client.
BEE
Midas Touch Business Services is not just a profit making organization we believe in
serving the society. We had been taking initiative and had been conducting surveys to
know the literacy level of the society. We had been conducting seminars and training
sessions. We are looking forward to serve NGOs or non profit making organizations in
their noble work.
