highways, 5 days in the areas inaccessible by roads/rails etc.

Role of cluster head
Responsible for
•All the deliverables to client like 30% savings as explained
earlier
•Check of saving sheet which goes every month with
invoices.
•Active member of tri-party negotiations.
•Maintaining very good PR with circle marcom head.
•Active participation in any issue which may arise from time
to time
•Check on the circle level P&L in consultation with
commercial guys.
•To maintain high SOV v/s SOE as compare to other
telecom players.
•Maintaining very good PR with vendors.
•Client delight.
•Making sure in getting more then 70 in KPI every time.
Role of account management /media buyer
Responsible for
•All day to day activities/ issues related client.
•All day to day issues related to vendors.
•Entire planning of a particular campaign in co-ordination with
cluster head.
•Entire buying of a particular campaign in co-ordination with
cluster head.
•Entire execution on a particular campaign in co-ordination with
ops guys across circle.
•Cost sheet to be sent with in 48hrs from the installation of last
site.
•Photograph uploading on website in co-ordination with ops guys
across circle. ( onus will be on you)
•Monitoring of a entire campaign in co-ordination with ops guys
across circle. ( onus will be on you)
•Receiving of Vendor bills within 7 days from the date of issue of
PO.
•Submitting invoice within 3rd week of the month.
•Resolving issues (if any)
Role of ops guys
Responsible for
•Everyday Monitoring of all sites in your city ( illumination/
wrinkels etc).
•Reporting of any problem to client servicing / client.
•Making sure problem gets rectified with in 24 to 48 hrs
depending on the magnitude of the problem.
•Co-ordination with printers on delivery of flex.
•Co-ordination with vendors on installation of flex.
•Entire execution on a particular campaign in and around
your town.
•Photograph uploading on website as per the agreed
timelines..
•Sending CTR on time of your respective towns to your
client servicing team .
Role of commercial exec
Responsible for
•Dispatching all the POs to vendors on time.
•Collection of all the vendor bills from your region on time.
•Getting the invoices ready to be submitted with the stipulated
time.
•Making sure vendor invoices gets logged in to the system in time.
•Complete check on the P&L of the region.
•Reconciliation of accounts with client’s account on local level
•Follow-up of payment if required. (Onus will be on account
managemnt team)
•Resolving any issue which circle SCM team comes up with related
to commercial.
Role of Brand Assitant
Responsible for

•Time management as per the committed deadlines.

•To be active member in brand team at client end

•One point co-ordination from HO to circles and vice versa

•National CTR

•National billing and collection

•National check on web monitoring

•Visit circles during reviews/ issues/ PR exercise.


Responsible for Role of Brand head
•Coordination with marketing and brand team on all campaigns

•Weekly meeting with brand team to discuss activities across India.

•Provide inputs on budgets to be allocated nationally.

•Make sure monies are getting utilized as per the given TG.
