THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

At the beginning two models appeared:
the mechanic television ideated by Jhon
Baird, and the electronic television
created by a Russo-Norte American
Vladimir Zwuorikyn.
Due to the existence of these two
television models, the Briton Government
decided to name an investigating
commission to define the position of the
State in television matter.
