to those we train to stay alive

Enlighten those You chose to teach
to save the few not yet arrived
Let not the words to us proclaim

Toppings are properly cooked, cheese is properly melted

Pizza is properly sliced (no slice too small or too big)

Correct size and shape of crust (circular, not loosely fit in tray)
No centerloading. Cheesing, saucing and pizza topping properly
done

Crust is crisp, has body not flat (visible air pockets)


Outer edge of the skin has a pencil thin brown line
Bottom is dimpled golden brown
