WHO MANAGES THE PROGRAMME


AND THE TITLE?

The title has been awarded by the European


Youth Forum to the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca.
According to the decision of the Cluj-Napoca
Local Council the SHARE Cluj-Napoca Federation
formed by 36 local youth NGOs was awarded to
responsibility to prepare and implement the
European Youth Capital. Thus, a large scale
public-private partnership was formed.

50% of the total local population participates at least
one event of the European Youth Capital (200.000 local
unique participants, 1.000.000 total participants),
20% increase in tourist visitors in 2015, 23% increase
in 2016-2018,
80% of the population below 35 years participates at
least at one event or project,
150% increase in the number of foreign youth
participants in local NGO projects and events, and at
least 25.000 unique foreign students participate at
least at one event,

The World of Positive Feelings


All the EUROPEAN YOUTH CAPITAL 2015 year
will be built around generating positive
feelings and connecting people through these
feelings between themselves and of course to
Cluj. There is an initial list of 25 positive
feelings. People engaged in any activity,
project will have the possibility to check in,
and express their feelings at the event. This is
how we will build and share a feelings-map of
Cluj.
