D-Mart runs in 3 shifts for 24 hours a day.
We will offer Flash discounts every 4 hours. To make customers visit
even at late nights.
Introduce a SMS System where the Flash discounts are sent to the
customers registered mobile numbers.
Staff will be rotated between these 3 shifts.

Online shopping is available for the customers who cannot visit the
store.
