School Administration
Problem:
Job and budgeting plan is made by the principal
without enabling the teachers.
The document of curriculum is made only by copying
from another school.
The school doesnt have the document of the
graduates profile
The school doesnt have the training program for
students
The student rule hasnt allow strict sanctions for
infringement
Not all goods as devices or tools are noted in the
inventories cards
The book of teaching journal is filled incompletely.
Lesson plan is made only by copying from other
schools

School Administration
Solution:
The school principal should enable teachers in the making of job
and budgeting plan.
The vice principal of curriculum should learn from professional
school or join workshop
The vice principal of student should organize the sustainable
training program
The school must add strict sanction for infringement into student
rule
The school principal should monitor and investigate the
administrator of good regularly.
The vice principal of curriculum should give a strict sanction for
teachers who are not discipline in filling journal of teaching.
The vice principal of curriculum should evaluate the document of
teaching and follow up it regularly.

Teaching in School
Problem:
The teachers dont understand the various effective
and innovative teaching methods and models.
The teachers cant implement the active and innovative
learning concept.
The teachers are not able to manage and handle their
class well.
The teachers are not able to evaluate the teaching
process well.
The teachers rarely do the enrichment of lesson.
The teachers do not use learning media in teaching
Not all of the teachers master IT for teaching
The teaching process is not suitable with the lesson
plan.

Teaching in School
Solution:
The school principal and supervisor held a seminar and
workshop to develop the effective and innovative
teaching methods and models.
The school principal and supervisor conduct mentoring
to teachers.
The school principal and supervisor provide
consultation for professional development
The school principal should collaborate with the chief
of subject teacher organization in improving the
quality of teaching.
The school principal gives award for teachers who are
able to apply innovative teaching.

School Facilities & Infrastructure


Problem:
Not all classrooms have LCD
The student toilet is not appropriate with standard of
minimum service.
The school has lack of lesson books
The number of classrooms is not suitable with the
number of students
Not all schools have complete laboratory as
multimedia and science.
The equipments and materials in the laboratory are
not enough for practical activities

School Facilities & Infrastructure


Solution:
The school principal and the teachers should make
devices need analysis, and communicate with parents
and school committee members.
The school connects good relationship with stakeholder
and companies and proposes the facilities and
infrastructure need.
The school proposes the facilities and infrastructure
need to the chief of education board in district,
province and ministry.
