ABSTRACT

This project aims at day to day operational

issues ranging from registration to the
departure of students.
It really necessary to create and manage
students record for integrated college
management.
College management system is a very
customised and user friendly and web based
system for college

This system is designed to automate ,

manage and look after the over all processing
of even small to large colleges.
This system is capable of managing students
details, employee details, results details and
management of course material.

FEATURES AND MODULES:

Admin:
Admin can add and edit their profile.
Upload photo, upload results of students
upload student attendance and can
view/change daily news and notices of both
college and university.
Admin can also do registrations of H.O.D.
Admin can add courses, branch, department,
country, state, city, semester, subject,seats.

H.O.D:
H.O.D. can add and edit their profile.
Upload photos, results of students and can
upload students attendance of their
department.
They can view daily news and notices of
both college and university.
H.O.D. can do registration of faculty.

Student:
Student can add, edit student profile.
Upload photo, view their results, attendance
in each subject and view daily news and
notices of both college and university.

Faculty:
Faculty can add, edit their profile.
Upload photo, upload results of students,
upload student attendance.
View daily news and notices of both college
and university.
Faculty can do registration of students and
parents.

Parents:
Parents can view their child record
attendance, marks in each subject
View daily news and notices of both college
and university.
