Both the council and members.
Why?
Lack of Knowledge, skills and ability for the organizations lack of
coordination, unclear roles, poor workflow, conflict to
communication, low organization morale and not so high
standing

Are they ready for training?


As a new organization, more training and development
are needed. Each member have the willingness for
improvement because they signed up voluntarily.

Task Analysis
Goal: To be able to have an effective means and
methods to achieve mission-vision which is to
establish equality among people inside San Beda.
Tasks to be trained: Program Formulation,
Timetable: for the whole academic year (10
months)
Selection Methods:
1.) Individual interview
2.) Focus groups
3.) Team building
4.) Outside training

Readiness for Training

PRE-TRAINING ORIENTATION

ESTABLISHING TEAM BELONGINGNESS


-Make the members comfortable with each other by
interactive activities such as ice breaker, name
introduction etc.
MOTIVATION (ATTITUDES, BELIEFS)
- Council, through a guest speaker, will relate stories that
will ignite the passion of the newly appointed members
and encourage them to devote their time in fulfilling
HIRAYAs mission.
COUNCIL SUPPORT (MUST SUPPORT TRAINING)
- Assurance from the Council that the prepared activities
will not only be fun, but will help them expand their
horizons.
DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS (ABILITY)
-A speaker will relate stories of how weaknesses can be
turned into strengths and how to overcome fear of making
mistakes.

3. Creating a Learning

2nd activity: Reenact happenings that are
commonly causing problems in an
organization and possible solutions.

3rd activity: Sharing- share your fears
before entering the organization.
Sharing/Discussion on how the Hiraya
